I was so pleased with Rosetta Stone. I had taken French during high school and some college...and the first lesson was a refresher, and i enjoyed the way i was learning. Now, I can fluently read news papers printed in french, and I wrote in french well. I can't wait to learn Spanish!

This is Fun not Work

I really enjoy this program, it doesn't seem like work the way my previous attempts to learn a language have. After I do my session, I treat myself with a couple of games. I've not been able to connect yet with others for the interactive games but am looking forward to that too.
This really allows a lot of freedom to work at one's chosen pace. I frequently go back to earlier lessons to solidify my grasp of the words and phrases.

Worth every penny!

Bonjour! I had the opportunity to participate in a Totale trial. During my time using Totale I completed Level 1 of French. This is an outstanding program, providing world class instruction by native speakers in a format that is easy, fun, and effective. After only a few short months, I could read, write, and speak French with no prior learning. I loved the Totale online games and lessons access. I have completed lessons at home and while on business trips and vacation. For the busy adult who is interested in learning a new language, this is the program for them. I highly recommend this program. Au Revoir!

I have an opportunity to try this newly launched program and I can say it is a great program!
I really like joinng the Rosetta Stone Studio... Not only you studies by yourself, but you also be able to review your progress with a native teacher and other mates! I love this program so much that I would like to attend the session as frequently as possible... I totally recommend this program!!!!

I recently had the opportunity to beta test the new Rosetta Stone Totale program and feel so glad I participated!
The Rosetta Stone method is an excellent language learning method to begin with, but Totale rounds out this experience by providing opportunities to talk to native speakers of the language, to play games with others online, and to get frequent feedback on your progress.
I greatly enjoyed and looked forward to the variety of interactive games and activities offered in Totale. In addition to the regular lessons, these activities created an opportunity to interact with the language in a less predictable format. This was exciting and helped me to progress quickly.
Using Totale, I was excited to see my daily progress in French. When I took a few days off due to other obligations, the program took me through a customized review based on the amount of time it had been since I last logged in. I found this feature to be extremely helpful, and I could skip it if I wanted to.
I supplemented my online experience with additional Rosetta Stone CD's. I listen to these on my daily commute to and from the office to improve my listening and speaking skills. I'm enjoying this learning process, and feel confident in my growing French abilities. I plan to test my new skills in an upcoming trip to France.
Totale is well organized, well-presented, progresses in a way that new skills are built upon previously learned skills, and provides excellent customer support! I highly recommend it!

Live Interaction is a very good thing

I tried this and enjoyed it. The interaction between the teacher and student in the studio sessions was incredibly beneficial.
They also have games you can play alone or with a partner. Unfortunately, I never seemed to be online at the same time as other "players" but I did enjoy the games I played on my own and felt they really did benefit my learning ability.
Overall, this will definitely speed up the "learning curve" and I highly recommend it.
